Is it safe to curve a composite blade with a heat gun (its like an over powered hair dryer)?

I use a heat gun when changing blades (I use 2-piece sticks) but on a composite blade, no it's not safe at all, weakens the fibres, and it's really thin to begin with ..

That's why it's so important to know what pattern you like.

If you don't like this one, get what you can for it, cut your losses and get what you like.

What model? I'm pretty sure www.inlinewarehouse.com or www.hockeygiant.com has it alternately if you are in Canada try Sport chek, Canadian Tire or Cyclone Taylor SportsIs it safe to curve a composite blade with a heat gun (its like an over powered hair dryer)?
