yes but of you do do not use the heat setting you will scald the skin....and if you move the hair with your hand back and forth it will dry faster..

Yes! I use it on my dogs all the time. Just make sure you have it on warm %26amp; move it around alot. If you rub the dog's coat as you dry it, not only will it help it to dry faster but you'll be able to feel how hot it is getting.

If you do use your own hair dryer, keep it as far away from the dog as possible and just let it air dry more than heat dry. Dogs can't take that much heat.
