Can i dry an oil painting with a hair dryer?

No. Oil paint doesn't dry through evaporation, which is how a blow dryer dries water. Oil paint dries through oxidation. I don't know all the details, but it has something to do with the linseed oil absorbing oxygen.

Nothing speeds this up except certain chemicals added to the paint. Can i dry an oil painting with a hair dryer?
Not really the best thing to do, as answered by Mormonboy above, the oils don't dry by water evaporation, but rather by an oxidisation process.

You can speed up the drying process by adding a chemical called 'LIQUIN' to your paint as you go, though this won't help you this time. Can i dry an oil painting with a hair dryer?
Mormonboy is correct - oxidisation. The paint will have to dry from the inside out anyway, rather than from the outside in. If you try and dry it by heat methods, the inside won't be dry, and the dry top layer might flake away. In the old days, artists would leave their paintings for 6 months, or even a year. The Royal Academy always had a 'varnishing day' before exhibitions, so that artists could come in and do just that on a dry picture.
i have done before, but u need to go careful as it can cause the paint to begin to crack. the more paint you add on after the worse it will look, i'd leave it if i were you.
No, which is why I hate oil painting, I don't have the patience for the dry time.
no.you can angure.
