Hair dryers?? Who knows the best?

My sisters is 18 (well will be on August 2) and I want to get her a new hair dryer I am not wanting to spend more than 20 dollars on this cause i am kinda broke! So, what are the best full size hair dryers for under 20 bucks? Thanks for the help!

Does your sister have curly hair? Because if she does, I love hair dryers that have brushes attached to them. You can buy them at any beauty places like ulta, etc. I do believe target has them as well for cheap. I love those! I can't tell you the brand I use because mine was more than 20, but if I were you, I would go to target! As for normal hairdryers, I would go to target too. I have several, but I like my conair one!! Hope I helped!
