try buying and old rusty, smelly ,nasty slimy ,soapy,sleazy old dryer it wont cost a thing
revlon has hair dryers that have the ion on or off button on them... they are great i have african american hair and it get very frizzy too..

I have a small portable conair purple one, it's like conair 1800 or something. it is really quit and dries your hair smooth. I have the same problem with my hair, and I have to put water on it like every 20 minutes. I know this sounds weird, but rubbing bounce on your hair makes it un-statiky and frizzy. aveeno lotion stops it too. good luck!!

Any hairdryer with a diffuser you can attach on the end.

This is for curly hair, which means it will dry it without making it frizzy! :)
