How much damage does a hair-dryer do to hair?

I thought my friend used a hair strch do? I just don't want to kill off my hair like she did...aighener all the time. Her hair is FRIED, split ends and everything. She says that all she uses is a hair dryer, but all the time. Can they really do that. Maybe not, but what CAN using a hair dryer so much do to hair?

the hair dryer can do alot of damage to your hair. it is not as worse at a hair sraightner or curling iron because those use the heat right onto your hair causing it more damage and it heats up more. but anyways if you dont like to towel dry your hair and must blow dry it try using some serums or creams for your hair before you blow dry it. it helps prevent your hair to get damage and it protects is from the heat. :)How much damage does a hair-dryer do to hair?
a hair dryer can damage your hair pretty bad, but it really depends on how you take care of your hair and also what else you do to it...i would recomend that you use a turmoline hair dryer that helps...also if you straighten your hair i would say try avoiding useing them both in the same time. (straighten when hair is naturaly dry, or just dry and do not straighten whenever possible)
take a hint from the name HAIR dryer lol it dries out your hair especially if you use it often
they can do enough damage then i refuse to use them
