it said that too much hot water and using the hair dryer can cause damage to hair and hair loss.
it also said to help take care of your hair, 1 never used the hair dryer, take a bath in cold or middle water, drink water
my question is how is it possible that hot water and hair dryer can cause damage to the hair? How is it possible that hot water and hair dryer can cause damage to the hair?
Hair dryer, absolutely yes, because it dehydrates the hair and makes it brittle. The hot water.. well it would have to be mighty hot to cause any problems at all. Hot enough to damage your scalp, so don't worry on that one. in fact, conditioners work best when you wrap your head in plastic for a minute or so... the heat forces the moisture into your hair. But hairdryer, yes I have seen that ruin hair. Drinking water makes your skin healthier... healthy skin = healthy hair growth. How is it possible that hot water and hair dryer can cause damage to the hair?
The hair shaft has something wrapped around it called your 'hair cuticle' that protects the strand. Hot water and excessively hot air can cause the cuticle to swell and open up. The only good time to use warm water on your hair is when you're shampooing and conditioning so that it can allow it to go in. But even when rinsing conditioner out, you're supposed to use cool water because cool water seals the cuticle down. Blow drying your hair is very damaging, but that's why they have products out to help seal and protect the cuticle against damage. Same for curling irons and flat irons.
Hope that helped.

Well hot water and a hair dryer pull moister from the hair that makes it silky and smooth. The more you use these the more the moister come out of the hair. The same it true for straightening irons.
Try not to use these products too much and if you want to use a product that helps keep the moister in your hair.
electrical short circuit and sparks
well its true. idk how but it is!
