Is it weird for guys to have hair dryers in their dorm rooms?

I'm going to college in a few days, and I've been using a hair dryer regularly. I'm a straight male, and I'm wanting some opinions on whether it'd be weird to bring a hair dryer with me to college to use in my dorm. Also, would it be better to use it in my room or in the communal bathroom?Is it weird for guys to have hair dryers in their dorm rooms?
Why would it be gay to dry your hair? They have them in most gyms I have visited, don't think all the guys there are gay. If you have fairly long hair that needs a hair dryer, take it with you and get over these ';gay'; worries about appearances.


I'd suggest drying your hair in your room though, since you won't have to take the dryer to the bathroom and risk getting it stolen or forgetting it. Course, depends on if your roommate is sleeping or not, if he is trying to sleep, will probably make it disappear if you are being a jerk and waking him up to dry your hair.Is it weird for guys to have hair dryers in their dorm rooms?
Bring it, store it out of sight in your room, use it in the communal bathroom. Don't make a big deal about it or use it for longer than a girl would use it.





Most dudes will not bring one. No one will question your sexuality after they meet you. It will become usual to see you in the bathroom every now and then with the blow dryer and no one will care.
Yes, it's unmanly. Don't you know that men are supposed to walk around with icicles in their hair during the winter to prove their virility ? Geeze, here... you want formal approval ? Yes, you are still manly if you dry your hair..... just don't use curlers, huh ?
Well, I have to tell you after reading some of the questions on here about guy's shaving their pubes I would not think twice about a hair dryer.

A lot of guys use hair dryers, it would only be weird if it was one of those that are mounted to a chair that you pull over your head like a helmet!


Use it where ever you want!
no relax besides who gives a ****. some guys use hair straighteners to get their hair a certain way. you are taking pride in your personal appearance there is nothing weird about that.

well im a grl and i dont think there is anything weird about that i mean if u have long/shaggy hair i dont see why not
