Anyone here own a FHI flat iron? What do you think?

I just spent $100 on a professional FHI flat iron, and I'm a wee bit nervous. I've never invested this much in an iron, but I felt it was the right time to do it since I've only used mediocre products in the past. If you own a FHI, what do you think? It had good reviews, but I want to hear real stories. Is it worth it to have a professional straightener?Anyone here own a FHI flat iron? What do you think?
GREAT iron. you paid cheap for a good iron i paid i think 200 or around that for mine!

And yes it is worth it to have a professional straightener, because cheap irons break Very easily by the plates break off, they fry your hair the first time you straighten it, they don't heat up enough or they heat up TOO much , and your hair gets caught in the plates, UGH!!

I have had my FHI for about 2 years and it still works without a problem, but some of them go higher in heat than others, but same in quality!

So i guarantee you that your FHI straightener will work wonders with your hair!

REMEMBER to use heat protector and i also use chi silk infusion make your hair silky and soft!!

ps - if the iron you bought wasn't what you were looking for or breaks which i doubt - try the chi irons or chi products i use the products and the irons and they are GREAT!!!! Just as good as the FHI.

good luck with your hair - hope this helped! :)Anyone here own a FHI flat iron? What do you think?
Absolutely worth it and since you only spent $100 you are doing good. I paid about 300 for one.

Anyhow, here is the deal. When you buy a less expensive one you may not notice the difference at first, however with time you will start to notice not only the damage to your hair but the wear and tear and texture marks on that inferior flat iron. So then you toss it and get another and eventually spend just as much as you would on a professional straightener. I really like FHI and think you will too. The only thing that I would suggest is that by the price you say you paid, you may not have gotten one with a heat setting adjuster and that is important because you want to use the least amount of heat needed to style your hair. In any event, you made a good investment.
