Should i stop using a hair dryer and a hair straightner?

my hair seems to have stopped growing , every morning i use a hair dryer and a straightner , if i stopped using those things and just went natural maybe using a spray do you think my hair would grow faster ?Should i stop using a hair dryer and a hair straightner?
First off, using a hair dryer and straightner every morning will wear and tear your hair. i used to do the same thing, and my hair was pretty bad off. I have a hair dryer and a straigtner but I don't use them very often.


Also your hair grows about 1/2 an inch every month, so I think if you would go natrual for while you would a see difference, and have healthy looking hair.
