How do i use the volumizer that came with my hair dryer??

ok so i just bought a hair dryer

and it came with this

i think its used to volumize your hair.

how do i use that?

do i put that in my hair or what?

im clueless.

flip your hair and put it were your roots are let it dry and then blow dry it~it should be as fluffy as a cloud now lol
